Hi, I’m Melissa, the founder of OriGen Strategies. I’ve supported visionary leaders across sectors—from startups and creatives to educators and nonprofits—helping them align their operations with their vision.
After years of working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and social impact, I saw too many brilliant ideas stall out—not for lack of vision, but for lack of systems to support that vision. That’s why I started OriGen: to help changemakers move from insight to execution with clarity, speed, and intention.
I specialize in strategic thinking and innovation across operations, programs, and organizational design. Rather than building systems, I bring a deep ability to assess what’s working, identify what’s missing, and guide leaders toward intelligent, sustainable solutions.
